    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is not an area fault, I would double check all the cables are where they should be and turn off your HUB for 5 minutes and back on again, your ONT as well if you are full fibre.&amp;nbsp; Failing that I would call customer care when they open and have them look into it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
