I haven't had internet since Thursday of last week. I've tried disconnecting the hub and the cables... The hub lights up green and sometimes bright blue, which means there's internet, but the box with the cables only shows two lights when there should be three. I'm also having trouble connecting to EE by phone... I get a message that I don't have access to any of the numbers EE provides.
