You need to phone CS and give 30 days notice of cancellation if you want to cancel BB at your location entirely. There will be Early Termination Fees covering the remaining 18 months. They would be the same if you migrated to another ISP.

Hi

We're only 6 mos into a 24 mo contract but I want to cancel our household broadband entirely.

Not moving to a new provider. We just don't need it in the house at all.

We have our broadband and mobile contracts with ee. Happy to keep the mobile.

How will this work with contract termination fees? Will they be just as high as if changing provider anyway?

Check this website out and it'll explain roughly how it works. Remember if you have any discount on your mobiles linked to you EE broadband (such as EE One) you'll possibly loose these as well.

https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/leaving-ee/early-termination-charges-explained
