I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the poor quality of the television and broadband service I have received from EE. It is unbelievably bad in every sense.bad service and event worse customer service.

For a prolonged period, the television service has been unacceptable – the picture breaks up, is fuzzy and unclear, and the sound consistently cuts out. This is caused by an ongoing issue with the broadband connection. WiFi connection to computer is consistently slow and back to the dark ages.

So far, three of your engineers have visited my property to try and resolve the issue, but the problem persists with no improvement.

Under the terms of the contract, I am entitled to receive a service of reasonable and reliable quality. As EE has failed to provide what was promised, I regard this as a breach of contract.

As a result, I am requesting:
1. Immediate release from my contract without penalties or cancellation fees;
2. Written confirmation from EE that this contract is terminated with immediate effect.

3. A refund for every months spent not receiving the service I expected or at least the service I had with BT.

If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it to Ofcom and the Communications Ombudsman.

I expect a written response immediately
