&lt;P&gt;It definitely sounds like something hasn't quite gone right with the one touch switch here, as normally you would receive notification of cancellation from Virgin not long after you place your order with us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/broadband-landline" target="_blank"&gt;broadband care team&lt;/A&gt;, and they'll be able to take a look into the experience you've had here.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've recently joined ee and I was told that ee would contact virgin media to let them know that I was switching to ee, which was on the the day I was going live with ee, l checked my virgin account a week later and they said they hadn't heard anything from ee so l then started the process of leaving virgin media then to be told that I would need to give a 28 day leaving thing which I would need to pay for, but I was told by ee that wouldn't happen&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1:41&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
