https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/early-cancellation-credit

This will be added as a credit to your EE Broadband Account when it is processed, which you can then ask them to withdraw to your Bank in some instances. It is not intended to offer a cash alternative and is supposed to be a cancellation credit for your EE bills to be taken from, but it can sometimes be done after the credit has been applied if you call Customer Services.

Hi @StephenHiley.

After you have ordered and activated EE Broadband, please email the final bill from your old supplier to the address found in the link @Matt_124 provided above. Ensure your email includes proof of any early termination charges and your EE order number. You can find more information about the offer in the link.
