    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3090924"&gt;@Manymummy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- what hub are you using and what devices are your children using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not using schedules but a couple of suggestions it might be worth trying before going down the support route: -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot the router if you haven't already, and&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try deleting and reconfiguring the schedules in the app&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

And you are sure that the kid's are not getting around the connection by making changes!       <description>&lt;P&gt;The same has just started with mine as well - I've been using the schedules for ages and they've been brilliant,&amp;nbsp; I've been telling all my friends with children to get EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But suddenly this week they stopped kicking in and I discovered my children still had wifi at 1am!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to pause it manually but this isnt as convenient&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
