      <description>&lt;P&gt;No one here has access to your account - there are different reasons why it may be delayed.&amp;nbsp; If you are upgrading your speed but without changing technology as far as I can tell it should be fast as you say.&amp;nbsp; I would contact EE who will be able to have a look at the order and see what the updates are - or you can try tracking your order online which may give you some insight as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
