I seem to be getting ripped off on my monthly bill compared to other providers. Currently paying £42.55 for a 36Mbps guaranteed download speed with their All Rounder: Fibre 50. Looking on comparison website, Uswitch, prices range from £24.00 to £28.99 for a 24 month contract for greater download speed. Is anyone else on this same contract ?

An All Rounder package has additional benefits over the more bare-bones Essentials packages and as such comes in at a higher price.

The list of benefits and differences can be found here: https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/help/terms-and-conditions/broadband/plans/ee-essentials-all-rounder-and-full-works-broadband-plans.pdf

Ultimately you would have had to agree to this package and if you were not happy with the price then a feature-reduced package could potentially have been offered if you were in the last 30 days or outside of your minimum term at the time.

You would now be unable to reduce this package within your minimum term until the last 30 (sometimes 90) days where you can recontract to a new minimum term on a different package at a lower price if available.
