&lt;P&gt;If it's an external fault, then this will be something that requires Openreach to assist with, so likely lies with the line or cabinet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can imagine it must be really frustrating if this has happened a few times now, though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do experience outages like this, you should be &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/fix-problem/automatic-compensation" target="_blank"&gt;automatically compensated&lt;/A&gt; if there's a total loss of service.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody else WiFi not been working since around 6am? Contacted EE and been told it’s a fault outside but yet the same issue has happened 4x now and only been with EE 1.5months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
