      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've left EE broadband and have been waiting for a label. I have replied to texts asking for the label and a kit but received nothing and trying to get through to someone is impossible. It's literally bagged on my desk waiting to be returned&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They've been texting and emailing for it and it was June/July. I've managed to get through on the phone and had a label sent. thank you for replying. It's been sorted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
