I've left EE broadband and have been waiting for a label. I have replied to texts asking for the label and a kit but received nothing and trying to get through to someone is impossible. It's literally bagged on my desk waiting to be returned

@Xocarolinamoon When did you leave and terminate the contract, takes a couple off weeks for the bag and label to arrive after the END period whatever date that is!

If your current EE Equipment is old, then EE may not even want it back!

They've been texting and emailing for it and it was June/July. I've managed to get through on the phone and had a label sent. thank you for replying. It's been sorted.
