    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did yes, it said we've matched you to an account (doesn't say which one) etc etc. I only found out when the engineer turned up at my parents. I have tried again, but put my phone number in the initial message. Hopefully this time it has worked, as I just got an email, from BT re a problem, to my own email account. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
