Not during your contract term w/out paying early termination fees. 1st you need to investigate why you are not getting the speeds you pay for.

How is it not delivering promised speeds?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
