    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It would be unusual to change from an EE SH+ to just an EE SH.&amp;nbsp;What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router &amp;amp; WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can&amp;nbsp;make a formal complaint to EE &amp;amp; if you don't get&amp;nbsp;satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider.       <title>Smarthub plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have reportedly reported at least 5 times that we have no signal, keeps dropping. Technician came to check and he confirmed the issue. We were advised to change from smarthub plus to a smarthub, however EE refuse to supply with a smarthub. No callbacks even though a quick call was advised but was not sent. Please advise as am a fed up customer. Require this for work purposes at times at home. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
