Moving a telephone master socket

I am trying to find a phone number to arrange for the master socket to be relocated in my home and I am going around in circles trying to find out who to contact. I keep getting texts which I dont understand and I really just need to speak to a real person.

Just out of interest did you have to pay to get the socket moved?
