      <title>broadband router faulty ??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my broadband went down this morning before work, initially thought nothing of it went to work, returned home this evening still down...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;phoned the helpline, cust advisor stated known fault with the router i was issued, been alright for a good 6 months until now, but i look around the web and nothing - proper kick in the teeth stuff, no ee hotspot and no further info on this faulty router anywhere ?? strange ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are a known set off events that happen to help diagnose the fault you are saying that EE have pinpointed to you!
