      <title>Is my router dead</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just getting a red power light on my router and no green lights. It's been like that for hours now, it started with a flashing red&amp;nbsp; broadband light and then all the green went out and juat the red power light remained on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using up mobile data to post this so if anyone can answer I'd appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would contact ee but their phone line is closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like router is faulty. But 1st try rebooting it &amp;amp; if that fails resetting it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router &amp;amp; WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000017591.jpg" style="width: 2252px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/39396iDBE83B617641ED85/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000017591.jpg" alt="1000017591.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks for replying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried turning it off and turning it on again and I've poked the reset hole with a paperclip, not sure that did anything I couldn't tell if the paperclip made contact with the reset button in there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing has changed still a red light no green and no idea why it's gone like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure how this info will be of any use but my contract is Standard Broadband with landline and as you can see from the photo&amp;nbsp; my router is a&amp;nbsp;Bright Box wireless router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
