      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;we’ve recently been migrated from BT to EE. since this has happened my broadband router preferences have been abolished. I have no parental controls and there is no options in my EE account to oversee these again and following the link on my router is not available either. I cannot access my BT app either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;I need to wifi on for devices through the night otherwise I’d just switch the whole thing off!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;please help, yours sincerely the mother of a teenager that sneaks online ALL NIGHT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I migrated to EE earlier this year and have no access to the bt or ee app. You can still access the hub though. At the back of the SH you will find the admin password. You will need to type it's ip address, mine was 192.168.1.254.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
