      <description>&lt;P&gt;After 2 months and counting ordering full fibre. Told BT text that openreach have cancelled the order as I haven't signed the permission form. Wake up ee, openteach are not being transparent with you, permission signed on 22 July 2025. Not pursuing the orfer now. I'm sure I'll will get better service from one of your competitors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4828797"&gt;@Paulken1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;it sounds like yours is not a straight forward install and there are and have been a few hurdles to overcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the demand for everyone wanting faster speeds it may not be surprising to learn that Openreach will be prioritising to learn the jobs that they can do easily, harder jobs will take longer. But unless you have other providers in the area, switching to another supplier that uses Openreach will just set you back to square one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
