      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I get EE to send meet the SH31B?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now have 3!!!!! SH32B devices which are of no use to me. Every time I speak to customer service, I am assured they will send the correct one. The last person said they couldn't do it online so would ensure it was done manually. I've now waited in for 3 whole days for the correct one to be delivered. I'm afraid the incompetence is systemic within the organisation and I'm now at a loss as to what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't have it on me currently.&lt;BR /&gt;We've just been on the phone to yet another person. I have no faith in them&lt;BR /&gt;getting it right this wrong onetime.&lt;BR /&gt;I need the SH31B with the grey Broadband port at the back.&lt;BR /&gt;No one can send it to us! Always wrong one!</description>
