      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Returned old bt router when switched to EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am being charged for not returning my old bt router when I have already done this. Unfortunately I cannot find my receipt from the post office as proof! Any suggestions??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
