I only have an IPv4 address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is a brand new EE one. It says IPv6 is enabled! I don't have the old BT router any longer so I can't swap it back in to check. I do know that I had functioning IPv6 before changing to EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ULA is not enabled. That's how it came out of the box so I assumed that was the correct setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent the BT hub back a couple of days ago so I can't swap it back in. The EE hub says IPv6 is enabled, but it's simply not working. Transferring from BT to EE has been a nightmare and this is the last issue to be resolved. I guess I'll just have to spend yet another hour on the phone to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've even done a factory reset. That hasn't changed anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4825140"&gt;@Brian160&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; will be interested to see what an engineer will do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have an 0900-1300/1300-1800 appointment or a two hour window?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first will be Openreach, the latter Qube.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From everything you have done so far it would appear either a faulty router, or&amp;nbsp; a a coifing error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, do let us know how it goes, not heard of this issue before. Even the older legacy accounts seem to get IPv6 these days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
