    <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any tips on getting through to an actual human? Is there a shortcut? I keep being cycled through options and eventually 150 hangs up and a diagnostics bot text messages with two options, neither apply. It seems impossible to get to human. Any help would be appreciated. It’s so frustrating because I feel like EE used to have reasonable customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s almost not worth the effort but they have accidentally sent us equipment we didn’t order which I feel compelled to at least flag. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
