I was tried to speak to someone on the phone there to ask about the broadband deals and the landline deals too

@Gillian78 today has not been a good day to contact EE or many other suppliers, it seems there has been a major telecoms outage affecting many.

The contuct us help page has this notice still, and there are reports on the major news channels.
