Please can you cancel all the emails being sent very stressful I have sent equipment to you lots of times this year due to faults

Please don't supply any personal details as this is within public view.

I know you'll be eager to make sure your equipment has been received back. The best thing to do would be to contact the team directly so they can check what stage things are at.
