An engineer is expected to come today between 8am to 1pm. I have not received any message or email from the engineer saying that they are on their way. I called the actual EE broadband customer service, they said they dont have any information or details for the engineer. Is this company an actual joke or what?

@AJ_99 the engineer will be from Openreach, and it is not 1pm yet.

No doubt you are not the only job the engineer has today and will get to you when they can.
