My HP printer worked fine with my old EE router but since I have had a Smart hub fitted I can’t connect the printer to the WiFi, power cycled both , pressed the WPS button but the printer just keeps flashing with no connection , surely this shouldn’t be a problem ??
can you help ??

However there is an option for a compayible feature to be implemented which should allow the printer to connect.

If you log into the router you should find the option in Advanced WiFi options.
