Which broadband service do you have, and which router model?

Do you still have the BT Router? Which model is/was it?

And what model is your Laptop?

@Steff73 When you also get time, use the web manager on your laptop to see which band it has latched onto with the EE Router, http://192.158.1.254 should get you to that, if it ask's for password then details on the card back off the Router!
