      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set up my new smart hub plus but can't get my smart wifi plus connected it just keeps flashing orange ive tried resetting tried with the ethernet cable it then connects but as soon as i move it upstairs it won't connect please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mate I left it connected to ethernet cable for over an hour took cable out and it still had the aqua light on left that for a bit then unblocked the box to move it upstairs but now not working again just continues to flash orange&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4820803"&gt;@Brian19771&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;could it be you are moving it to position that does not get WiFi?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried in the same room, does it stay connected once you remove the ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so try moving somewhere a bit further away gradually until you are able to find the optimum spot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya Brian I am having the same problem&amp;nbsp; with my smart wifi plus&amp;nbsp; and after hours on the phone to ee and they have no clue why it wont connect&amp;nbsp; iv had to request&amp;nbsp; a ee tech engineer&amp;nbsp; to come out that might be the best route you can go down .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
