What is the name of the EE BB plan you have ordered including its speed? If you ordered Full Fibre it doesn't use a phone line. OR will install cables & boxes to your residence. Is that what this annex is?

What is this connection that is already going to the property? Is it for someone else?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Hi I’ve just swapped from a mobile broadband to actual broadband with EE. I have placed my order and realised that where my annex is I don’t have an access point to the phone line to my landlords property. Does anyone know how I would go about installing one if there is a work around for this at all from the connection that is already going to the properly.
