My BT full Fibre account with Fibre to Premises includes a home phone that uses the broadband connection with my previous landline number, if I move to EE broadband it says it will not include my home phone and I will lose the number? Why? that is removing a service I already have and have for several years, if you want me to move should you not provide me with a like for like service when my landline has already moved to a broadband line?

Make sure they do it right, keep and transfer your number, or at least only a temp number for a few day's until it get's sorted out!
