    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for this. Having read the other post it does sound like it might be a similar issue as we are stuck with the green light. It only stays turquoise for a few minutes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was hoping when we ring them they would send an engineer out but sounds like that's unlikely &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its driving the kids crazy having no Internet and we've got no doorbell camera at the moment which isn't ideal when we are going away this weekend! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE Broadband problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, just wondering if anyone has any tips. Our cleaner accidentally turned off the socket for our router and we can't get the broadband to come back on permanently now. We have tried all the steps suggested by EE&amp;nbsp; on the "fix an EE broadband connection problem" page and the box does come back on, the light goes to turquoise, we have broadband for 5 mins and then it goes off again &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're both out at work all day tomorrow so won't get chance to ring EE until 6pm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
