EE app (iPhone) wont connect to Hub Manager

I have recently upgraded my wifi with an EE Smart Hub Pro with 4 extenders and am unable to get the app on my iPhone to connect with the Hub Manager on my Mac. I did see that someone posted that if you change your Network Name it would not connect so I factory reset all of the items but it still would not work.

I am upgrading from a Deco wifi system and never had this problem with that - in fact I am thinking that I should have gone with Deco equipment.

I have done the usual restart, remove and reinstall the apps but still no luck - any suggestions?

What Hub Manager on your Mac? The Hub Manager is usually on the router & is reached by a browser. Or do you mean some other Hub Manager?

@fireman9999 Are you doing it all at once or just getting the EE Pro router up and online to start with!

You login to your EE Smart Hub/Router, using a browser, at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router, having 1st connected your iPhone to the router's network/SSID whatever it is.

I have read somewhere that if EE have not verified the fibre installation this can cause this problem - anyone had this problem? Thanks

@fireman9999 Not sure where you ever read that, if you have an issue then Ethernet direct connect to the hub!
