We have about 10 devices usually connected to our router, including a Bluesound powernode speaker set up. We're finding that when someone is on a video call the speakers and/or call cut out. I've checked the hub and it seems all the devices are connecting to the 2.4 band and nothing to 5ghz. Is there a way to push/force a device to connect to one band over another or spread out the devices between the two bands?

We have Fibre broadband and a smart router. AFAIK the devices are fine connecting to 5Ghz, we never had an issue in our previous flat with a lack of bandwidth so I'm not sure why it's happening now

What is the router model number/name? Should be on the label somewhere?
