removing telephone service from broardband package

Hey does anyone know if it is possible to downgrade a package and remove a service like telephone.

i no longer need this but i have just joined in April 2025. Will the price go up, down, or remain unchanged if it is removed?

@FAM0422UK presumably you have Digital Voice and so that runs on a 30 day rolling contract. Give CS a call and they can cancel the service which should save you a Fiver a month, assuming you don't also have a calls package.
