    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's a good point, fair enough, though I wish they didn't charge me to call them for help else I would do. It does seem to be a recurring issue though as I've found many posts saying the same even a year ago with no solutions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very unclear if the problem is even fixable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
