I just upgraded to the 1620 Mbps package and set up my EE hub but I can't get UPnP or port forwarding to work. I read online that WiFi Enhancer can cause issues, but when I go into the EE app to disable it I just get "We couldn't load WiFi enhancer just now".

Hi @olican101

Thanks for coming to the community.

To access the WiFi settings, could you try restarting the router and connecting again to see if this works for you?

If you get the same message which router are you using? How long ago did you upgrade?

Leanne 🙂

Are you using the Smart Hub Pro?

If so, port forwarding should work fine but it seems UPnP isn't working. This appears to be fixed in the latest Smart Hub Plus firmware (see here) however, I don't think that version has made it to the Pro yet (certainly hasn't from where I'm sat).

There is an issue when creating a Port Forwarding rule on the Hub Pro in that once you have completed the first new line in the rules you then have to click the plus sign to add another rule (even if you don't want another) then you click save with your rule and the blank rule. If you just complete the new rule details without another blank line then click save it does not save it.
