      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds as if BB not working.&amp;nbsp;You could text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line &amp;amp; see what needs doing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The LED should not be going green unless there's some sort of boot event. Is it definitely green, and not aqua (the colour it goes when it's working)? If so, I'd suggest getting in tough with support as it suggests a hardware fault of some description.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
