      <title>Blocked Access to MoneySavingExpert Forum via Home Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m having an ongoing issue accessing the &lt;STRONG&gt;MoneySavingExpert (MSE) forum&lt;/STRONG&gt; when using my &lt;STRONG&gt;home broadband&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &lt;STRONG&gt;can browse the forum&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but every time I try to &lt;STRONG&gt;log in or register&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I get stuck on a &lt;STRONG&gt;“Just a moment...” Cloudflare screen&lt;/STRONG&gt;. It never progresses past that point, and I’m unable to complete login or registration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue happens on:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desktop browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;My personal mobile (on Wi-Fi)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;My work phone (on Wi-Fi)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if I switch to &lt;STRONG&gt;mobile data&lt;/STRONG&gt;, everything works fine — I can log in, register, and browse without issue. So the problem seems to be &lt;STRONG&gt;specific to my home connection&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I’ve tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incognito/private browsing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clearing cookies and cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disabling extensions (including ad blockers and script blockers)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue persists across all of these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please check if:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;There’s an issue with how my current &lt;STRONG&gt;IP address&lt;/STRONG&gt; is being routed or handled with Cloudflare-protected sites?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;A &lt;STRONG&gt;dynamic IP refresh&lt;/STRONG&gt; is possible in case mine is stuck in some form of rate-limit or verification loop?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance — any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can try and change your IP address by switching your router off, ideally leave for 30 mins or overnight if possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fact you can browse MSE but not log in could indicate a setting or program -&amp;nbsp; VPN or internet security or Cyber Security or other program or app you have running.&lt;/P&gt;
