Anyone get WiFi enhancer to work consistently

As per the title. I can never get WiFi enhancer to work consistently. It loads in the app . I then get the loading screen . Often it will crash without loading as per the pic . How EE have the audacity to charge for something that hardly works .

You ring up customer service and they've either not heard of WiFi enhancer or think your talking about WiFi boosters .

Tired of uninstalling and reinstalling app and re-pairing the smart hub pro to the app

@v6villan As before with advise, not many would be using it, and not many would be having success with it, posting's go back for ages with it not working, pulled for fixing, not working again.... You need to pursue with EE and find the specialist who deals with it all, there will be one somewhere and the Forum will just not have any idea.
