Why am I not surprised that due to maintenance being done to the ee website that I can't unpause my bloody wifi edits. I'll be expecting my account to be credited due to not being able to access my devices.

@Mcclaff160821 You connect as admin via Ethernet and going to the router settings manually. Problem solved.

With your WiFi, it's possible to enable and disable this generally via your Hub's admin pages, but any device-level controls are handled via the app.

We always aim to make maintenance periods as quick as possible, and at later times, but I can appreciate your frustration if you weren't able to switch things back on during this period.

@Peter_W Think the general point on this is does the web manager allow direct control over the hub as a get out off jail situation and, not via the app and a mobile operated device.

I thought it was only in the app. I've never seen any device-level access controls or WiFi Controls in general in my online MyEE.

@XRaySpeX I've double checked and it is specifically the app, so I've corrected that now.

I've also reached to to see if there are any confirmed workarounds here - my understanding was that there's no alternative option at the moment, but I'll keep everyone posted once I get an update.

@Mcclaff160821 Can you explain why you pause the WiFi ? If this is to give any kids downtime you can setup groups for the kids devices and just pause that group while returning WiFi functionality for your devices.
