Edit: added the landline calls but no mention anywhere about 00800 call rates. So assume the International as @XRaySpeX has advised.

Sorry, I misread your Q. I thought you said 0800. 00800 is an International toll-free no. & is probably charged at the destination country's International rate. per min.

@JimM11 : That article is only for mobiles & does not cover 00800 or any other International calls. From mobiles 00800 costs up to 40p / min but is not stated for landlines.
