In what way is it bad & troublesome? Be more specific if you want someone to help you.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

I have been complaining about this ever since I switched. I want to cancel my contract. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
