There has been nothing but trouble with EE. My 94 yr old friend is virtually cut off much of the time. several visits from EE 'engineers' have been a waste of time.

Now weve been charged £55 too much and cant get into our account to see why, The site is only offering answers to generic questions. The email refuses to work. Absolutely sick of them. Wish I hadn't signed up for 2025.

Hi @Frisby76

I am gutted to hear you have been experiencing issues with your Broadband, I know how important it is to have a connection at all times.

And i understand how frustrating it must be when you have additional charges but are unable to access your account to view them.

When you try to access your account what happens?

What was the outcome of the last engineer visit?

You can Make a Complaint online, this will ensure your issues are being looked into.

Thanks

Ritu
