      <title>Broadband missing email confirmation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took out an EE broadband contract over the phone today in my online account the order is not showing. The only email I received is to sign the contract which was done over the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a reference number starting with AGT but it doesn’t work in the order tracker. Do I have to call customer service again to get the confirmation email sent?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No my online account is only for broadband. I’ve never had EE mobile so I’m not sure. I might just give customer service a quick call as they should be able to give me the correct VOL reference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
