I cancelled EE broadband in the 14 day cooling off period. I have sent the equipment back. I have proof of posting and there's tracking on the Royal Mail website to say it has been delivered to the destination postcode, which is Yorkshire XX101BT. I posted this on the 09/05/2025 EE received it back on the 13/05/2025. I am now getting constant texts telling me I haven't returned the equipment and to avoid charge send it back by 30/06/2025.

What can I do please, you get cut off on the phone. I am so annoyed at myself for even considering EE broadband now if this is how they perform. I have sent the modem BACK I have proof of posting!
