    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mate!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as it has been less than four months, you can email your final bill to switch-team@ee.co.uk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However make sure that the final bill details the fact that it &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;is&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;your final bill, as well as itemises all of what you pay for, so that EE can assess what parts to pay (For example, your final Bill from Sky may include Sky Mobile in the price if you are with them for this, also, but when itemised, will not be paid for as part of the Broadband Switch; the Broadband Switch Team will only pay the Final &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Broadband&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;Bill).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this email, make sure to also detail who &lt;EM&gt;you&lt;/EM&gt; are as well as your EE Broadband Account Number which can be find on any bills you may have received from EE since joining.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE will attribute this amount to your account in credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do you get through to these idiots I left Sky broadband as EE said they would pay my last Sky Bill and I wouldn’t need to do anything 3 months down the line and they haven’t paid it. Asking me to send them my final bill which I done 6 times I ended up paying it myself&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4698292"&gt;@Halfajaffa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;: EE will not pay&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the Final&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Broadband&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bill; only the parts of it that relate to any early termination fees &amp;amp; then only up to £300, not normal monthly subs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
