topic Broadband contract ending in Broadband & Landline

Had a message saying contract was due to finish less than 2 weeks before it was due to. Not the best. Anyway, went online to see what deals EE had and all I could get was "WE ARE MAKING SOME CHANGES" and could not get details of any deals. Worse thing was, I tried for 4 days in a row and it was exactly the same. How am I supposed to renew with this poor customer support? Maybe I will go elsewhere. Even when I log into my account it says site under maintenance so I cant even view bills etc, etc. This has been going on for days. How long does it take to do maintenance to a site? I am sure this is on purpose so that my contract will expire and it then reverts to a much dearer product automatically. Try to check my broadband speed and says cant do it. Whats going on? Very poor CR.

@Ticketyboo I have always found it better to give Customer Services a call when renewing, knowing what is available elsewhere helps, and if you don't get a deal you are happy with you can always try again.

Guessing you are still on what they call a legacy contract, and there does seem to be issues at times, I have a month or two to go and find seeing new offer when logged in do not always work.

Hi @Ticketyboo It's great news to hear that you're looking to upgrade your broadband with us.

I can imagine it's frustrating when you want to check your options, but only an error screen pops up.

I'd recommend giving us a call so one of our guides can take you through some options, and find a deal that meets your needs.
