I've recently changed WiFi from BT to EE Full Fibre. Open reach sent an email confirming the installation date and included details of what they'll need to do. I am sure it won't be possible to install the Full Fibre (rented 4th floor apartment) and am concerned as to where I stand regarding the contract. EE customer service simply advised waiting for the engineer to call and discuss the problem with installation with them.

It would be best to wait to wait to discuss how the installation is to proceed with the visiting eng.

What BB plan do you have with BT at the mo'?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
