    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4793402"&gt;@JxssG1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;unless you order did not work correctly you should have received conformation, so have a quick look incase it is in spam etc, if not call EE CS and find out why, they will be able to confirm via other security. yo should have got all kinds sent, 7 days to set up etc and link. Also be sure to get your account number from them and hope they have not messed up your e-mail address in the system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I call EE yesterday and he set me up and account and ordered me broadband but I have no confirmation email or know any of the details to access this account - all I know is I paid £6.98 for delivery - what should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
